Terms of Service

AfterSwipe is a product of Romeo Golf Consultants LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using AfterSwipe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AfterSwipe is an AI assistant that reads a message you paste in and suggests replies you can send. It is a drafting aid for your own conversations. It does not connect to your dating apps, does not message anyone for you, and does not make decisions for you. You choose what to send, and you are responsible for every message you send.

AfterSwipe is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and you agree not to use it in connection with any conversation involving a person you know or believe to be under 18.

AfterSwipe is currently offered as a beta. It is provided on an “as is” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we do not promise any particular uptime, result, or outcome while in beta.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• One active login is allowed per user. Your access code is for you, not for sharing or reselling.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use AfterSwipe for your own personal conversations. This license ends when your subscription ends.

You agree not to:

• Use AfterSwipe to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, or pressure anyone, or to continue contact with someone who has asked you to stop.
• Use it to impersonate another person, run fake profiles, or catfish.
• Use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial (including scams, solicitation, or spam).
• Enter personal information about another person that you do not have the right to use.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your access, or offer AfterSwipe or its outputs as a competing service.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or software.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service, its rate limits, or its security.

You keep ownership of what you type in and what you send. AfterSwipe only suggests. You are the human in the loop: review every reply before sending, and only send things that are true about you. AfterSwipe does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment about who to talk to and who to meet.

• Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown at signup.
• A free trial requires a card up front. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid a charge.
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or handled at our discretion. Billing is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
• We may change prices with advance notice, effective on your next renewal.

We own AfterSwipe, including the software, brand, and the systems behind the replies. You own your own content, and you are free to use the replies AfterSwipe generates for you in your own conversations.

You can stop using AfterSwipe anytime. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service, and we take the harassment and impersonation rules above seriously. When access ends, your license to use AfterSwipe ends with it.

AfterSwipe is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise replies, matches, dates, or relationships, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any conversation or meeting. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use AfterSwipe means you accept the updated Terms.
